New Years started with a nature walk.
It is definitely one of my favorite activities to do with the family.
We bundled up and went for a walk to celebrate the New Year….
I was amazed to see the leaves frozen….
The view was amazing… The sun hiding behind the trees, playing peekaboo with us as we walked….
The morning dew frozen in nature…
Capturing the beauty of the cold days.
Everything was frozen….
There were a couple of plants that grew on an old tree stump.
They weren’t as frozen..
The berries on this tree were amazingly red.
The contrast was beautiful.
The peace that is found in nature.
The colors, the tone.
The sky was blue, but it was so cold.
The forest ahead…
The secrets found in nature…
The journey is beautiful…
I loved my walk…
I found some green among the frozen trees.
Well my friends the road ahead may be cold, lonely,
but there is beauty in the journey!
