Hope is an active verb!

 Hello, my dear friends,

Today I wanted to talk to you all about HOPE.

Yes, I know such a cliche topic but let’s take some time today to think about the word HOPE.

Hope means to wait for something that is not really there.

Hope for what?

I see it with my kids they are always hoping for something.
Hoping to be older,

Hoping to get a snow day,

Hoping to get the coolest toy,

Hoping to travel to see their grandparents…

They are always telling me how they “hope” for something.

As adults, we take the word HOPE for granted…

We hope Sunday can last a few long hours, we hope Friday arrives quickly, we hope our car won’t break, we hope our dreams will come true.

Our lives are full of hopes and today I wanted to just be honest with you for a few minutes.

Hope is believing something good even though we cannot see.

But the truth is, hope is an active verb as well.

Hope is an active verb!

Today as you think about the things you hope for, start doing something to change the circumstances.

May your hope be fulfilled as a reaction of your actions.

You hope to buy a new car? Then, by all means, work hard and save some money.

You hope to get a better job? Then, learn new skills that will guide you towards that path.

You hope to do better in school? Then, spend a few extra hours studying!

You hope to raise good kids? Then, invest your time teaching them, modeling the behavior you are expecting.

You hope to make some money? Then, be bold and do some investments that otherwise you would not!

May your hope be the fuel for action. Actions that will change your future.
Actions that will inspire yourself and others.

Ha, the irony: “I hope you achieve all you intend to do”

My action was to tell you what to do in order to achieve all you intend to do!
Today I wanted to share with you all a blog post I wrote about a year ago. Setting goals has been an active part of my life this past year. Things I have hoped for became actions I strived for.
If you have the time, click on the link, download the PDF and set some goals for 2019. Let your hopes for the future become actions for a better you! Are you ready for 2018? Helping you set goals for the New Year!

May your week be blessed and may you take a stand and make a difference!

If you liked this post, if it inspired to go out and do something, please share it with a friend!
